Ron Tuttle has over 30 years experience in the residential building industry. He has served in numerous roles with national and regional homebuilders in Florida, Texas and Arizona. Mr. Tuttle is a Licensed Florida General Contractor and a holds a Florida and Alabama Real Estate Broker’s License. Mr. Tuttle is responsible for the day to day operations of the company primarily guiding new construction and marketing activities.
Jim Homyak has a very extensive background in real estate financing and has been directly involved in over $1.2 Billion in total real estate lending which spans a 20 period. In his role as the Northwest Florida Sales Manager for AmSouth Bank, Mr. Homyak was responsible for development financing ranging from $1 Million to excess of $100 Million. In addition, he has extensive experience in single family construction, subdivision development, multifamily, and hospitality credits and development. Mr Homyak is Chief Executive Officer and responsible for site acquisition, debt/equity requirements.
David Jewell has over 25 years experience as a building contractor in custom and production residential projects valued between $75,000 and $750,000. Most recently Mr. Jewell served as the lead construction supervisor for a regional home builder in Pensacola. Mr. Jewell is the lead construction manager for Bennat Homes.
